Prolonged use and high dosage may irritate sensitive skin and there's a chance of photo toxicity on skin exposed to the sun. Relieves gloomy thoughts and depression. Dispels stress. Revives one when bored. Calms the stomach in nervous states, assists with diarrhea and constipation. May encourage appetite; don't use if dieting. Seems to have good effect on colds and bronchitis. Very good for painful and sore muscles. May relax insomnia brought on by anxiety. Has a possibility of bringing down high level of cholesterols in the blood.
